This Easter weekend we were able to celebrate our Savior's resurrection and enjoy some Easter fun as a family. The kids really scored this year, as they were able to join in 3 different Easter egg hunts.
Saturday morning we had a spring/Easter ward activity where we had a pancake breakfast, saw the Easter bunny, and had an egg hunt. Then we went to our house so a friend of ours could help us with some sheet rock and insulation work. While we were there, we did an Easter hunt in our backyard for our kids and their two friends, Emma and Olive, that live next door. Then on Sunday some friends of ours invited us over to their house for dinner and an egg hunt with their extended family.
So we appreciated being able to have some time away from the hotel to enjoy the holiday.
